Closing ceremony – 30 min. after the last game. Competition system and regulation. There will be 10 rounds of the Swiss system in the tournament. Participants will have the opportunity to fulfill GM and IM norms. Time control: 1,5 h + 0,5 h after 40 moves + 30s per move for each player. Entry fee: GM‘s are exempt from the entry fee (additional conditions under agreement). Hostel of Lithuanian University of Agriculture (three minutes from the playing venue). Price - 15 EUR for person per day. There is a cosy cafe near the playing venue, where you can have a delicious dinner for 3-5 EUR. Registration. At least 5 grandmasters and players from at least 5 countries are expected to participate in the tournament. Rating average – not less than 2300.
